I Hate This Type of News

Read This , what do you think? I'm trying to convince myself that Kuwait is a civilises, modern, constitutional and an institutional country (wow! those words are big!) , but this type of news keeps telling me that we're still a tribal country. Sheikh is healed.. money for everybody! makes no sense to me, if this person is healed and wanted to celebrate that, or make a feast with his own money then it's OK, but giving people government money for that cause isn't reasonable nor fair.

Underconstruction Building on Fire

This is what I saw on my way home from work, OMG I thought it was the sunset (from a far) !! Seriously, I think this is Kuwaits largest fire yet.
