One Shoe = 2265 KD

At work, we sometimes order spare parts for our machinery from Italy, and as many of you know that when you want to ship something small to Kuwait your shipment gets with other shipments in the same container, so, when i received the documents to clear our shipment and since they are from Milan, Italy some items for Villa Moda were shipped along with our spare parts. look at the following table ant try tounderstand these calculations: 6 PCS of WOMEN SHOES = 32390 EUR = 13592.625 KD , then One Pair of Shoes will cost: 2265.4 KD !! something must be wrong !! or not !!! One Pair of Leather Shoes = 6402 EUR = 2686 KD .. I wanna see those thoes !!

Volodia [song]

Volodia Teitelboim Volosky (March 17, 1916 - January 31, 2008) was a Chilean lawyer, politician and author. Born in Chillán (400km south of the capital Santiago) to Jewish immigrants (Ukrainian father and Moldovian mother), Teitelboim was interested in literature from an early age. He finished high school (as well as served in the Communist Youth starting at age sixteen), then began his studies in the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile, where at graduation he presented his superior thesis “The Dawn of Capitalism - The Conquest of America.” This song is about him and about capitalism and "neocolonialism" , for a translated version of it's lyrics click here. to see a video about this song click here. and to download this song click here. (I first heard the song on a russian tv channel and liked it, so i looked for it on the net and gathered this info about it) .. Enjoy the song.

Question About Aseel Al Awadi

I noticed the following: on her blog she states that she left Kuwait in 1996 to continue her higher education, and on her page in altahalof.org she states that she got her digree in 2006, my question: does this mean that she spent 10 years in the states studying? and another thing, who paid for her tuition? herself or the government? will anyone please clear things up for me? as i'm confused a little bit.

Kuwaiti in Poland

I saw this in the papers and had some questions: why did they mention that he was drunk in the first article only not the second? the name in the first article is Mohammed A. , while in the second they say it's Mohammed Khaled Al-Shaibani, no A. here, and last, why do newspapers disclose names when there is a Kuwaiti + Drunk + Crime abroad? (remember the two Kuwaiti girls who killed that scooter guy in the US?)
